I ran for myself for the first time since moving today.  James left yesterday for Provo and Caitlin opted for a day of rest.  I got out later than usual and it was warmer than I like.  Temp was in the low 70's with clear skies.  Some wind but not enough to be an obstacle. When it did blow it felt good.  Ran 4 miles even and felt pretty good.  I knew I was abit dehydrated, I need to push more fluids.  I think it bothers me the longer I am out.  With Fontana on Saturday I need to make sure I am good and hydrated.   Finished in 46:31.  I will take it.  Running here is very different than in St George.  I ran mostly on the trails there and for the most part they were pretty level.  Here, its nothing but hills.  Doesnt' matter which direction I go, I get them coming and going.  I believe that they are helping me though.  Proof will be in my race times.  We shall see.

Caitlin ran with us this morning.  She is wanting to lose weight and has asked for some support.  We ran out 1.5 and then turned around and came back.  We averaged 13 1/2 min miles.  I almost decided to go run the miles again as we walked so much on the way back.  However, Fontana is this Saturday and I am after a pr, so decided to leave it in the tank so to speak.  Hopefully it works.
